Our Story
Company 3IPE SPA was founded, dedicated to Road and Airport Pavement Engineering and Management, focusing on the functional and structural evaluation of pavements through non-destructive testing.
2016
Foundation of company 3IPE EQUIPMENT, dedicated to the sale and rental of equipment for the functional and structural evaluation of pavements.
2019
Start of friction coefficient measurement operations with T.W.O equipment outside Chile, expanding to other countries in South America, Central America, and beyond the continent.
2020
Company 3IPE SOLUTIONS was founded, dedicated to the sale of sustainable paving products.
2021
The T.W.O friction equipment from xxx is homologated with the MOP’s National Viability Laboratory to evaluate the rolling coefficient on Chile’s highways and roads.
2023
First company to send and conduct Impact Deflectometry (HWD/FWD) measurements in Rapa Nui, evaluating the pavements of Mataveri Airport and the island’s main paved routes.
2023
Acquisition of the second Impact Deflectometer (HWD/FWD) at 3IPE SPA for structural pavement evaluation.
2024
Equipment is acquired for Pavement Noise Measurement, allowing for the evaluation of sound intesity (OBSI) in accordance with the methodology described in AASHTO T360-16 standars.
